I would ocassionally do home aerobic videos or go for walks, but this is the first time in years that I have had a workout like this. I'm a 28 year old female with no significant health problems. I'm 5'7 and weigh 155, so I have a few pounds to lose.
1936411 tn?1333835449 I sure hope you didn't skip your kickboxing. I did a trial study two years ago that had kickboxing as a dynamic form of exercise for PwMS. It was great - loved every bit of it. Please don't start altering how you live because you have this dx- just be smart if something bothers you then adjust your routine.

Avatar n tn It is usually around my ankle bone and on the top of my foot. I do workout often and staying active seems to help improve my circulation and keep swelling down especially if I wear tennis shoes because the tightness acts as compression. I have noticed a pattern that when I am stressed or in the heat I notice more swelling. I hope that this helps you. I know that it is frustrating but try to stay positive.
Avatar f tn Normally, their pigmentation will return to normal as the skin sheds the the outermost skin layer or the epidermis. If this persists, it would be best to see your dermatologist for proper management. Take care and keep us posted.

I think we get so wrapped up in getting our bfp right away and get so down when it doesn't happen. But things are working for us all. We are all getting regulated which is huge. My first cycle I did O which was huge. And eventhough last month was a bust I did get a lh surge which is something. And I think most people we have seen get their bfp had been on clomid for a few months.
