I'm always looking for more bands and music in the genres I like to listen to and it's always fun to see who listens to what because sometimes it can be surprising (like most people assume I like pop by looking at me but I actually rock out to alternative Christian music).

Back when I was 14-17 I would join my father in the gym, but his trainer gave me different things to do to just be fit and toned. I do have some equipment at my house and my husband works crazy hours so we can't just go to a gym. Plus, I would like to look semi-decent to be able to even show up at a gym. We played for two hours last night and today I am sore all over. I used muscles I didn't even remember I had!!! Plus it has a workout routine that will tell you how many calories you have burned by the end of the routine! I loved this!!!

"East to West" by Casting Crowns, "Shout to the Lord" I can't forget "The Old Rugged Cross" all of these songs make me cry...in a good way! What a great subject to bring up. Avatar f tn however, there are days when my wife and I are just laying on the bed and I will turn the radio to NPR and there are these SONGS these very RELAXING songs by people I have never heard of. They are so easy to meditate and relax to. You should all try it if you have not before.

Avatar f tn ve heard a few different opinions on what time of day is best to workout but honestly, the best time to workout is whenever you have time to fit it into your schedule! Personally I workout at all different times. Sometimes I have time to kill in the morning and have enough energy to get in at least a half hour of some kind of cardio (it's rare though because I am not a morning person AT ALL either lol) Other times I do it late at night.

I just do some light cardio (making sure I am never short of breath) and mini crunches on an exercise ball, and them some light weights on machines (they aren't very heavy so that I strain, but I do lots of repetitions so that I can still feel the burn). I have been going this whole time through even my last pregnancy and I think it helps me with the symptoms.

So I spent the first parts of my 200mg/day Oxycontin cold turkey WD taking the OTC remedies and supplements while watching the clock just waiting for something to take the misery away. Sure, I had read the advice to keep busy. I tried watching TV, but I couldn't focus on anything. Late in day 2, I finally decided to take a hot bath. I had read to do it, but I thought I felt too awful. SERIOUSLY. Do it!!!! Better yet, live in that tub.
