As long as the workout isn't too dangerous and your pregnancy isn't high risk, but you always need to check with your doctor first. I know working out has made this pregnancy ten times better than my first! Good luck with everything!

Do the following! You do your strength training first then cardio!!! The Peak 8 routine it will quickly raise your heart rate 8 times for very short bursts, with a cooling down period in between.

2006603 tn?1331329327 I know this aint the right forum but this one is the best one to get answers. My son is 2wks old and I need to get him in a routine but I have no clue how to start. Right now he sleeps all day, durin the day I have to wake him up to eat and I try to keep him awake but I fail, idk how to keep a newborn awake, and at night hes up every 2 1/2hrs. I dont know what to do or how to get him in a better routine. Any and all advice is appreciated.
Avatar f tn I do cardio kickboxung twice a week followed by body sculpting that involves light weights (8-10lb weights) that's on tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.
Avatar f tn Eat plenty of carbs before workout but don't go overboard. Don't eat carbs after 7pm or so. Eat about 1g of protein for every pound of body weight per day. Fish and lean meat have lots if protein. Protein shakes will help with bulk. Don't use creatine too much, it isn't too good for your heart :/ Of course eat minimal junk food and plenty of fruit and vegtables. There are also supliments called animal cuts you should check out. They're quite good.
