Avatar f tn I was always told that you can maintain the normal as a runner. Which I did.. basically until youre really showing then taper it back accordingly. If youre already active its best to stay that way. You just dont want to add anything to your routine. The doctor will tell you when its no longer safe and to adjust your stride.

Do cardio of different types so you can try them out and select the one you enjoy the most. Most gyms have treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, stair climbers and rowers. Each cardio machine allows you to begin at a low intensity or speed.

However, What is the difference between the routine training for strength, for endurance, and for muscle mass? All I want to do is increase strength. (While I am posting here, what are some good body weight exercises on the lower bodies? All I find is more upper body exercises like push up, sit up, pull up, chin up, etc.

It's a little more advanced but she also has various steps on each move so it's easy to work up to the full thing. I also "sectioned" it in to 4 separate workouts that I'm mixing and matching. On top of this continue the walking!

Like I said I've been disciplined and going every day, but I'm getting discouraged because I don't see my body changing.. I'm on day 9 now and I have a routine based on my discovery period; team sports are out for about 3 months except golf :-)...I usually play at least once a week. Exercise is great but I don't feel I'm at my best to jump into a game...I love BB, softball, used to love racquetball (before I fractured my knee) but all that has to wait until I build my health back up 6-12 weeks. In this workout, you should be doing one exercise for each major muscle group. You want to do 1 to 3 sets of each exercise (max), and do 15 to 20 repititions per set. By the last rep, you should reach momentary muscle failure (you should be unable to complete the last rep, or it should be almost impossible). 250155 tn?1485299539 my 10 yr old keeps my day busy since his school is a bit away and i drive a bit, but we try to keep a routine when it works. as far as the house stuff goes, sometimes it is clean as a whistle and others it looks like a hurricane hit. i was so uptight and freaked by mess (maybe i have issues lol) but i am learning to understand what matters most and what works for us as a family. sometimes i clean in a quick hurry when dh is home spending time with kids and i get some alone time in.

Avatar f tn I've heard a few different opinions on what time of day is best to workout but honestly, the best time to workout is whenever you have time to fit it into your schedule! Personally I workout at all different times. Sometimes I have time to kill in the morning and have enough energy to get in at least a half hour of some kind of cardio (it's rare though because I am not a morning person AT ALL either lol) Other times I do it late at night.

For example If I finish a gym workout at 9pm and I do my normal routine go to bed etc. I then get up in the morning and my muscles are stiff I will instantly know that the hives will start to come up and the more a move around (walking) the more the rash comes up.

So far I have been eating a decent size meal before working out and having a piece of fruit for a snack afterward. About a half hour after my work out my stomach demands food with lots of grumbling.... It's quite annoying! Is this good or not so much? Any advise???
