483733 tn?1326802046 That along with my plus size means I can't do just any workout tape. At the risk of having rotten fruit thrown at me, I'm actually fond of some of Richard Simmon's stuff. "Party off the Pounds" is one that I think has an ok balance of music, interesting moves, etc. I know he is totally cheesy, and some of his workout moves are not very good--like "jazz hands" type of stuff! But as the weather makes it harder to get out, I'll probably be popping him in more.

242143 tn?1215473908 Before I decided to ttc I had a six pack - but since then, after ovulation, I don't do any abdnominal work. But I recently got 2 dvds for pilates and yoga for pregnant woman and I do that too - after all these excercises are designed for pregnant women so it should be safe for me too and it helps to stay in shape.
958098 tn?1246812818 If that isn't an option, how about workout dvds. There are some really good ones out there. If you're not real coordinated, the power yoga for beginners is a good. You'll build muscle as well as get a good cardio workout. They are very easy routines to learn. Look up Ellen Barrett's Crunch Super Slimdown Pilates Yoga blend on amazon. And don't let the title scare you. It's a very nice work out routine.

Avatar f tn I started using the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. Once I was comfortable doing that I moved on to tougher DVDs. I really like the Biggest Loser ones because they always have a few different levels for each workout. My goal this Spring is to do the couch to 5K program. I always make sure that I push myself enough to get a good workout, but not so far that I exhaust myself and end up feeling horrible for a few days. Good luck!
Avatar n tn I used to only hear/feel it when I was rotating vigorously (like when doing aerobic workout), but now I hear/feel it whenever I'm simply doing daily activities and happen to turn or twist at the waist. Any thoughts on what this may be, or the cause? I have no sore throat or hoarseness or any other throat/esophagus symptoms. I do have very occasional heartburn that responds easily to Zantac. Thank you very much.
251922 tn?1193786078 Simeons states that he recommend 125 IU as the best, stating more is not always better, so at first that was my goal, but I also could never find the correct recipe for it, he gives the recipe for 1500 for 10 days but when it comes to this stuff I am not the math wizard, and was afraid I would calculate incorrectly and screw up the cc's or IU or whatever.
1647691 tn?1363727302 It makes sense doing the testing and waiting until before they freeze to decide which ones are the best. Out of the three blast we got this last time around, the best one wasn't one of the two they transferred, it actually ended up being the one they froze. Go figure. So now we have to hope it survives the thawing process and is a strong, sticky one. We're going to be trying on our own during our break through July and Aug, and then we'll go back for our FET in Sep.
