I'm 37+2 and have barely gained weight since having GD and being on the new diet. Oh, and I know for me, my water intake has increased a lot! Maybe that has something to do with my weight, but I have noticed I'm more thirsty and mainly for cold water. So, if this should happen to you ladies do not worry and it is normal.

Eat healthier, have your 3 meals and snack on healthy snacks like almonds, raw veggies, fruits, yogurt... every 2 to 3 hours to keep your metabolism up. Try keeping a food diary, I suggest using the app My Fitness Pal to track calories and exercise. Start off with easier exercise programs. Try an hour a day. Cardio will help get your heart rate up but don't over do it.

Easier said than done though - I have a sweet tooth and I have the bad behaviour of evening munchies.... That's how you lose weight. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose just one pound. If you eat 800 calories less than you are supposed to, it'll take just over 4 days to lose one pound. That's not even counting exercise.
