I agree that a 5 lb gain is not much to worry about unless you continue to gain at a steady pace......... You said you "stopped the shakes" -- does that mean that your strict diet consisted of some type of shake? Quite often if we go on "strict diets", we gain weight if we go off the "diet".

some medications i tried masked the symptoms, syomax worked the best, but like any medication, it had its side effects. It caused me to have foggy brain function, and just make stupid mistakes in a high stress working environment. if you have this condition, I would greatly suggest changing your career or lifestyle to something that has you constantly sitting. i find exercising on a bike works best, because you are not upright.

After the surgery I was feeling great having the pain that I had been suffering with for years gone I was pretty excited to not be in pain anymore and being on the low fat content diet was relatively easy for me since I have Celiac Disease and am used to restricted diets. About 3-4 weeks ago I drank a small amount of alcohol and ate some food at a party and suddenly I had this horrible stabbing pain on the right side of my body just below my rib cage.

I here ya every one is standing around drinking I just want one beer or mixed drink oh well guess I have to wait for thanksgiving baby is due the 2nd of November

dear Doctor, i just came back from my dentist who checked the temporary crown and my bite to make sure that the pressure was not coming from there. Then when i explained exactly how the 'pressure' feels, he said that it is coming from the implant itself which is pushing the bone and the adjacent tooth which i mentioned! He said it will go away with time and the bone will adjust to it and sometimes it is trying to move the surrounding teeth! He stated it is NORMAL (?

Which diet pill is the best / most effective? I have tried Relacore, loved it..but had to take too many in a day...i'm not on Dinintel...and not seeing any progress, since the 3days.

I'm considering going on the Best Bet diet (as described on direct-ms.org). This post isn't meant to start a debate on whether or not the diet is good or effective. Rather, I'd like to hear from those who have tried or are on the diet and any tips they can give or any recipes / resources they found helpful.

before she knew we shared 2 beers and I let her try my margarita ... now I chew the inside of my lip / cheek due to anxiety... always have done it. Anyway I don't believe I was bleeding .. and I asked her if she was thag night and she told me no....but let's say if I was and she was... what are the chances of me getting hep c this way ( sharing 2 beers/ margarita, with chewed inside lip) would salaiva kill it? Well, if you get feta made in the US from pasteurized milk, it won't hurt you. Have a virgin margarita, some cooked oysters (oyster stew, yum) and one of those really lovely high-end temporary tatoos that are made by places like the house of Chanel. I saw a bird one that makes a necklace, the bird has pearls in its beak and goes around the neck with them and they drape onto the collabone. All is do-able, you just have to alter your impulses a tiny bit.

An ice cold hefeweizen with a slice of lemon is all I have craved my entire pregnancy.. I personally believe its not right to consume alcohol while pregnant, so I guess my ice cold beer will taste all that much better when I finally get to have one.. Hang in there ladies, we will all make it!

I'll be 36 weeks on thursday im so excited and also nervous im just so ready to hold my little man in my arms. 2 more weeks ill be on maternity leave from my preschool job (not going on leave from my personal care *** ) Im just so looking forward to having a nice 2 week break to nest and prepare. Worked a 10 hour day today im trying to get my full 80 hours on my past 2 checks im just ready.

I am now 43 days clean and went out last night and had 1 margarita. Will this hurt the healing process. I am not a drinker but someone bought it for me and I felt too bad to turn it away. I drank little of 1/2 I heard that any alcohol or drug use can reset your time.
