Juicing is excellent and keep it simple! You could add everything you eat to a "smoothie" but that is not juicing. A great juice for more energy is: 1 Apple, 2 carrots, 3 celery stalks, and a thumb of fresh ginger. Delicious! Also don't be afraid to try new fruits & veggies like fennel, beets, pineapple, zucchini, etc. Also kale, spinach, and other greens are best blended in after you juice your fruits & veggies. Don't worry, they won't taste bitter...
