1711722 tn?1356487554 I am in week #4 and find myself getting more nauseous day by day. I do have ginger chews and crackers, which seem to help to some degree, but it feels like I am going beyond that. Ginger Ale kinda made me wanna throw up, which is not the norm for me. I have had other times when I felt like I would throw up but didn't, so it is more concerning now because I am about to add VIC to the mix. Can you tell me what has helped you with this SE??
Avatar f tn try drinking ginger ale i cant eat without something bubbly and my doctor said that ginger ale is better for you but its still bubbly like soda and they have ginger ale mixers that are naturally flavores with fruits so its like drinking soda but you can drink more of it.
Avatar f tn It's been horrible for me too. My doctor gave me Diclegis which she said is the same as the unisom/b6 combo. Also, try to get real ginger products like Reed's ginger ale and such.
