I am in week #4 and find myself getting more nauseous day by day. I do have
ginger chews and crackers, which seem to help to some degree, but it feels like I am going beyond that. Ginger Ale kinda made me wanna throw up, which is not the norm for me. I have had other times when I felt like I would throw up but didn't, so it is more concerning now because I am about to add VIC to the mix. Can you tell me what has helped you with this SE??
