I changed my diet radically, cutting out most pre-processed foods, lowered my meat intake, and watched my fat intake 40g to a 1500 calorie
diet. I started to
lose weight and I lost it quickly. At first I was extremely strict, if a label had sugar, syrup, sucrose, fruit juice, or fructose in the label; I put it back on the shelf. I also cut out dairy which was hard for me as dairy was in almost every meal I use to eat. I would prepare most of my own food from scratch.
