After she waited a week I told her to flush her belly button with peroxide and after one or two days it pushed out a small plug of lint that was infecting it. She went back to the Dr. and took it with her and he gave her an antibiotic and an appology.

Hello, First possibility is of a fungal infection of the belly button which may produce foul smelling yellowish or black discharge from the fungus and belly button is a humid place for fungus to thrive. If however the discharge is present throughout then possibility of a fistula is there where an abnormal passage forms between one organ like intestines and the outside of the skin. Running won't harm the baby as long as you don't fall. Your belly button popping out just means your belly is getting bigger, it will go back to normal after pre.
