On my treadmill exercise tolerance test results (nuclear stress test), my cardiologist wrote in the "Interpretation" section:
Summary: HR Response to Exercise: Appropriate. Chest Pain: None. Arrhythmias: atrial premature beats. ST Changes: 1mm Depression horizontal. Overall Impression: borderline Positive stress test suggestive of ischemia.

My stress test was positive and t wave was inverted. Doc said nothing much to worry, sometimes it is false positive. And asked to get a sonography done anytime later nothing urgent.. Sonography overall summary was fine but in valve wise report, in one it said no significant regurgitation, in second, very low regurgitation and in the last one low regurgitation. I did not go too doc to show the report as it looked ok to me. Cholestrol is not in order. Should I worry about heart disease?
I can't say if the doctor missed anything or not but the main thing to know is that in a otherwise healthy heart VT is really not a danger. So if your heart is healthy otherwise and you do not have troubling symptoms with your pvcs like severe chest pain or passing out it is very likely the ectopic beats you feel are not a danger to you.
