ENT said I had some colonies in nose soUsed Bacrtoban for 3 days and slight pain in my nose went away per ENT. I stopped the bactroban after 3 days because I was not sleeping but I was also using Nasocort and maybe that was the culprit.

The red bumps are looking like they might be getting infected. I have a tube of 2% Bactroban (or Mupirocin is what it actually says) can I use this on that area to prevent further infection? How can I avoid this when shaving in the future?
Her body is scared up from over the years of picking her skin. Her Dr. perscribed her bactroban cream. It keeps them from becoming infected. She once had to have one lanced, We are at our wits end. I am afraid that she may get something from all the open sores. We try to keep them bandaged up with keflex bandages and keflex gauze, using the Bactroban cream, but she seems to managed to remove the bandages just to scratch them and then she will cover them back up. Finish the medication in full. That is always the best option. Chances are the medication has worked but sometimes it does take the full does and I would not want to see you have to start the medication all over again.
Fungial or yeast is possible with the antibiotics.

My 3 year old son has had a small cut under his earlobe where it connects with his face. I recently took him into the Dr and they prescribed Bactroban and said to put Eucerin lotion on it inbetween Bactroban treatments for 10 days. It does not seem to be healing up. I am not sure if it is because he bothers it and is keeping it from healing. Is there anything else I can be doing to help this cut heal and close?

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

I have a problem. My husband recently got these tiny red dots and tiny water blisters on the head of his penis. It is a bit itchy sometimes and when the blisters "broke", the skin was tender just below the penis head. We have sex without condoms and I have had trouble with yeast infections mostly all my life. Could this be my fault? About the same time he got the rash/condition, I got tiny cold sores inside my mouth.
which has done nothing for the pain. the dr. then decided to try me on a 30 day pack of Mobic. which is a arthritis medication. I do have that in my neck. it was after 10 days of taking this stuff that I noticed this strange bluish , purple an bleeding under neath each of my large toes. its very very strange.
I think it is from arthristis or from this medication. I have had no injuries what so ever to my toes, or feet.

The doctor did say I have angular cheilitis on my lips, he gave me an ointment, called Bactroban and an oral antibiotic but he said not to fill the antibiotic unless I really needed it, if the corners of my mouth became red and have pus coming out. So right now I am using the Bactroban ointment hoping that it is helping my lips. They still aren't healed yet, but hopefully it will heal. I did ask him what I can do so that I don't get this again, he just said to drink plenty of water.
Treatment of AKN includes suppression of the inflammation with antibiotics and steroid gels or intralesional steroid injections. So apply antibiotic cream like Neosporin or bactroban. If the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics and steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
Larger bumps of AKN present for a while or if not responding to treatments may need surgical removal.
I thought I had a pimple on my cheek, then the next day it looked more like a mozzie bite, the following day I thought a boil so I started putting bactroban on. It had like a hard core, was raised with what looked like a bit of puss in the middle surrounded by a red ring then the redness and swelling (like a great big puffy, red blister but not a blister) spread out towards my nose.
