You can use white vinegar at night to dry the pores. It will cause some redness, which is why you want to do it at night. Or you could dilute the vinegar with witch hazel if it's too strong. It is very easy to miss your nose when you wash your face if you're not paying attention. And toothpaste is extremely drying and can be a quick cure.

I'm 35 weeks now and I've been breaking out sooooo bad. I know it's another part of pregnancy but I haven't had acne this bad since high school. It's my face, my chest, my back and even some on my belly, arms, and legs. Been drinking plenty of water and washing up good. Just no beating the hormones.

I'd also like to know. I've always had acne usually just like 4-5 pimples at a time with my pregnancy my acne cleared up it was awesome. With this one. Its attacked my face its all over my chin neck and cheeks. I hate looking in the mirror sometimes. I'm hoping it goes away.

For the back acne, plain white vinegar should help with that. It was recommended on the show, The Doctors.

Acne attacked my face this pregnancy I'm having my second boy and he better come out gorgeous because he stole all my beauty haha. What helps me is using all natural products. In the morning when I shower I have this walnut scrub that I got from an all natural soap store or you can go online to etsy.com and look up soaps and at night I use apple cider vinegar to remove my make up NOT EYE MAKE UP it will burn then I use an oatmeal soap bar to wash my face and its gone down so much.

t think they take me seriously. Pregnancy acne is pretty hard to get rid of. But what I do has made my acne decrease by a good 70% its not all gone but I look a million times better because my acne got BAD!! Okay at night after you take off your make up take a cotton ball and put apple cider vinegar on it then rub it all over your face not over your eye lids. The smell is bad and the slight fumes will make your eyes water a bit but don't worry.

I have been getting large pimples over the last year or so. I will have one pop up every 6-8 weeks. Some of them turned into boils, maybe because of me picking at them, I'm not sure. One of them on my lower back became a boil, this was about 2 months ago. Acne attacked all over my face I've never had acne this bad. I started rubbing apple cider vinegar on it letting it dry for a few minutes then rinsing it. My acne has decreased drastically but its still there.

I have been using ACV and mineral water mix as a toner on my face. I use about 1 part vinegar and 3 parts mineral water or just plain water works too. I have been working out a lot and that normally gives me acne, but much less with the ACV/mineral water mix. Also I read on Pinterest that if you take 3 Tablespoon of ACV it helps burn fat, so I'm doing that too, but also eating well and exercising, so no proof if ACV works for that!
