I struggle with acne as well. But I have 100% STOPPED using face wash, I'm only using hot water with a wash cloth. Surprisingly my skin has never been better! All those chemicals will only irritated your skin NO MATTER what, even if they work at first eventually they will end up bringing acne back. So my suggestion is HOT WATER ONLY.
My first pregnancy I had terrible breakouts on my back very large and painful I talked to my dermatologist and the prescribed a jell to help. I do not normally have ache any where but the occasional on my face I am hoping this second time aroud is different, 6-7 weeks along now. Good luck hope your pregnancy is full of joy!
You can try the proactive body wash. It really does work I've never had back acne but when i was younger i had face acne. My mom bought me the proactive and it cleared up. My little sis had back acne we got her the body wash and it reduced back acne. I've seen it work maybe it'll work for you as well.
Anyone else having a girl &their skin is a mess? lol My skin went from good to bad overnight! I've always suffered with back acne but have had it under control for2years and 2weeks ago BAM! Out of no where. My face is breaking out in tiny little bumps, so aggravating.

im a ftm and being pregnant has brightened my skin colour and people may even think im bleaching..i love my pregnancy complextion and lol i hope afta my baby boy is here itl stay that way..so r there other moms who got a diff complextion while being pregnant and what is d sex of ur baby.?kinda bored..home alone..

Hi, a couple of months ago, as the title of this post sugests ive started to get some acne mainly on my upper back and now also on my shoulders too. Cant believe it how it looks now and how it used to look (i was clear, and even used to make fun of my sister's acne on her back!). Damn puberty... =p

Theyre not sure of how much of the chemicals is absorbed and if they harm the baby etc. Different drs have different takes on if theyre okay to use or not. The best advice i can give you is to tell your dr your using it, and use it after your out of the first trimester because thats when the anatomy is forming.

I went to a dermatologist, and he diagnosed me with prurigo, gave me a prescription for some cream and told me to use sarna. Didn't explain what it was, nothing, so I looked it up when I got home - I do not believe that is what I have.

I'm full of acne on my face, down my neck and even on my back! I feel horrible and disgusting! It's like my face chemistry has changed it feels tougher, oily and out of no where my pores are huge!!! Help! I'm 8 weeks pregnant, does this ever go away and when?!?
I had back acne since my 20's.They get worse in summer and little better in winter.I am 25 now.Since last year this seems to spread to the back of my arm as given in the image I've posted in my profile.I have seen many docs,accutane didn't suite me.The appearance on these pimple/acnes are black and raised.They remain like that for years.I've changed my diet and that seems to help a little.But I am concerned what are those really? Acne/pimple/folliculitis?...

I am getting itchy acne on my back I'm having a boy and my doctor said its a sign of my body reacting to baby boy's testosterone hormone and there's nothing I can do about it I've tried oatmeal baths different lotions nothing helps wearing clothes and bras makes the itch unbearable :(
You're lucky you just have it on your face that's how my pregnancy acne started out and then spread to my scalp my chest and my back gross and nothing gets rid of it it's purely hormonal I tried to use remedies that would usually cure my menstrual acne and it just makes everything worse
Okay mommas I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my third baby. I'm breaking out terrible with back acne and alittle bit on my face. My first two were boys I've never had this with them. Second I feel like my boobs are getting smaller instead of bigger!!!! Is this normal. I'm getting abit sad about this lol. Again never happened with my boys.
We're hoping for a girl this time.
