I was originally diagnosed with NGU and took azithromycin. Following this I had recurrent bouts of testicular and UTI type pain, and some joint pain in my ankles, hands, and gritty eyes - so this felt like mild Reiters. I had multiple (more than 20) tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea - always negative. I had 2 negative tests each for Ureaplasmas and Mycoplasma Genitalium, and negative for Trich and Syphlis. Took lots of Doxy in between, leaving 4 weeks after before my last MG and UU test.

I very much doubt herpes is causing any of your symptoms. The only one that might be compatible is the irritation of the glans, but herpes rarely if ever causes the diffuse irritation/inflammation you seem to describe. If it were herpes, there would be discrete blisters or open sores, especially in an uncircumcised man. In addition, the penile skin symptoms would have started within a few days of exposure, not 2-3 weeks later.
I still have a fever, fatigue and stomachache. Besides, I have muscle and joint pain (esp. on my knees, wrist and ankle). I also have a sore on the back side of my tongue that came out today. I have a burning sensation in my eyes (my eyes are red). I just gave an oral to my partner and he ejaculated my mouth. What could these symptoms be? I hope it is not HIV. I was diagnosed with NGU about 5 weeks ago after unprotected sex with A. tested negative for gonn and chlamydia, given azithromycin 1g and a shot of ceftraxione. i had bad testicle pain at this point, in addition to some cloudy discharge, painful urination, etc...
the symptoms subsided after a few days, and a week later i resumed unprotected sex with B, my wife, the recommendation of my doc.
a few days later, my symptoms came back.

My question is ,, Chlamydia or gonorrhea if suppose 15 months old in body left untreated .. can show all of system or for this all symptoms cause something else.. Although I did not get test for both of it….
My urinary urgency started to go away on 10/16, but on 10/17 I began to experience a number of symptoms that seem to overlap with ARS, including sore throat, moderate fatigue, and muscle and joint aches (my most prominent symptom by far). It's currently 10 days since I took 1 gram of Azithromycin for what seemed like Chlamydia. My lab results aren't in yet but I was prescribed and took Azithromycin the same day I went to the clinic for the testing. The symptoms I had at the time were painful urination and the tip of the penis was red/swollen. Later on the same day I took Azithromycin I started noticing cloudy/clear discharge (stained yellow) for the first time and this lasted for about 3 or 4 days.
They gave me Azithromycin, 4 tablets at 250mg to take all at once. I took them and have severe stomach cramping and nausea, and ended up getting sick about 45 to an hour after taking the last pill... hoping that I would have already digested it before I got sick. The stomach pain lasted the rest of the day. It's been about 3 days now since I have taken it, but I still have that "burning" sensation after I urinate.
I was also just taking a 5 day dose pack of azithromycin for a sinus infection. I started having heart palpatations as well. I have tachycardia anyways so I didn't really associate it with the medicine. It really started worrying me when my left arm started feeling weak and tingling. This usually also happens when I have an SVT attack but it goes away quickly. This tingling lasted all day. My heart palpatations were more frequent as well.

My partner was given Chlamydia treatment last week and I was told I should take the same so I did (1g Azithromycin). The tests aren't actually back until the end of this week and I am concerned that it is actually Gonorrhea as I am sometimes itchy externally and was a little itchy internally but caneston relieved that for a while. My bum is also occasionally itchy but preparation has helped relieve that.
I has really bad discharge and pain on urination. Went to Planned Parenthood and tested positive for Gonorrhea. I received the dual treatment of ceftriaxone and azithromycin. The symptoms cleared up and I though it was gone but a week water treatment I started to get discharge and burning again.
I went to my PCP and he prescribed Cipro but after 2 doses I got tendon pain so stopped taking it.
After a while the noises and joint pain may go away, but the joint continues to undergo damage. It just becomes quiet and the pain gets transmitted to the other parts of the head. I took azithromizin 500mg one a day for 6 days for a sinus infection I had at the time and still had the burning and pain with no discharge. I have just started taking Levaquin 500mg once a day. So my questions are what Std's could I have gotten from my female partner doing oral sex on me? Will the antibiotics take care of naything I could have contracted when she performed oral sex on me. Also, the day after the oral sex i had unprotected intercourse with another female partner.
i went to my doctor and they gave me 4x 250mg of azithromycin. the symptoms started to go after 3 days however i am now 5 days post treatment and still have the pain in the tip. my question is is this normal? my doc said symptoms should have passed after 3 days but now i am worried it may be something else?
