avon skin cream mosquito midge repellent

can i use a mosquito repellent as Ive heard a lot about DEET being harmful for unborn babies. i have been using avon skin so soft repellent for 2 days now as i heard its DEET free , but still i thought I'll ask if u guys think avon skin so soft repellent is okay to use on my whole body on a daily basis. i don't want to put my baby's health on any kind of risk.

Avon skin so soft products are wonderful for mosquito repellent. No deep. They have several different products from skin oil moisturizer to actual dry bug spray. Smells nice and leaves skin soft.

hi im 32 weeks pregnant and i used avon skin so soft bug repellent on my skin for avoiding mosquito bites and i forgot to wash my hands afterward. i ate something after that using my bare hands n that was when i realized that i had the repellent on my hands. im so scared that i might have taken something toxic inside. i immediately went and spitted out everything n also brushed my mouth thoroughly.

If I could add something, though, you can also wipe the kittens down with Avon Skin So Soft, not the new one that is specifically made as an insect repellent, but the original one that is just made to soften skin. The original one still has bug repellent qualities, enough so that it will keep the fleas off the kittens until they are old enough to use an actual flea repellent on them.

Yes, it was Avon Skin so Soft..I picked up on that waaayback with working in Charleston, SC one early summer in the 70's..They had knats down there that had to be "two legs and all teeth ,lol)......

i normally close windows very early during the day and i use electric mosquito repellent or there are some mosquito repellent petroleum gels as well.

I went camping earlier in my pregnancy & was just fine. I would recommend an air mattress & pillows. I didn't have either & it was way un-comfy! Avon has this lotion called "skin so soft" that people clam work as a bug repellent & they also make a bug guard that is really good. I've also heard of eating lots of garlic. Hope you have fun! Wish I could go but it's way too hot for my big ol self.

ve heard bugspray was a no-no...and that you should use things like Avon Skin So Soft or (this sounds crazy) Listerine, and citronella candles. IF you do use it make sure that you don't put it on your skin or inhale the fumes while it is being sprayed.

And I did one more stupid thing – in 5 minutes after the event I washed my mouth with anti mosquito repellent, which I hoped to destroy bacteria STD :( I’m afraid it hurt my mouth :( Could it help the HIV to infect me? 3. Avon Skin So Soft is great for keeping fleas off newborn puppies and kittens. NOT the Skin So Soft that is actually an insect repellent, but the plain old original Skin So Soft that is used to relieve extremely dry skin. Just put some on your hands and rub it all over the babies, making sure you get through the haircoat and down to the skin.

i just use my regular fave scent of body "butter" from B&BW.....i tried palers, and that stuff stinks, and it's thick( to me ), so it just "sits" on my belly instead of being "soaked up" by my skin.....my mom used "udder cream" from walmart, and aside from her breasts and on the back of her hips she has no marks, and only a few in those places....and they're light!

My family members will complain of a few bites while I’m covered in horsefly and mosquito bites. I love camping and enjoying the great outdoors. Even deet ( yes I know it’s awful) barley helps me! Since then I've been in China, where I kept getting a few new bites, so I started washing all of my clothes. Though I recently started getting more new ones, and think I have approximately 10-12 now. i clean my skin with Neutrogena fsce wash or Avon face wash for mature skin. although try not to wash around my eye with to much soap and to harshly. I also ue Neutrogena eye cream. not sure if i should aybe try a ure vitaman e-oil around the eye erea or if this will damage the skin. i also take a hair, skin & nil formula and a omega 3 salmon oil 1000mg per day. im wondering if the hormon tablets could not be the cause of this premarin 0.625. Im not sure what to do !!!

ve been having problems with dry itchy skin too. Swith to an ultra moisturizing cream instead of a lotion and take cool showers as warm water drys your skin out. Udder balm works well for me, you find it at stores like Menards. It's thick and creamy, it was originally created for cow udders lol but people use it too.
