2 Months ago I was hypomanic and went to a dental surgeon and had some pretty major surgery done. Soon after I was full blown manic. I was told by someone that the numbing agent they use for your mouth and face has Effedra in it. They say it can be a cause of the mania. I wonder if this is even true? I wonder if there are different numbing agents different dentists use?

So it's been a struggle with pain almost my entire life, I have muscle pains, HORRIBLE burning feet and strange feelings throughout my body. I've had so many tests done: Evoked Response, EMG/NCV, Cervical MRI, Brain MRI, Several Labs, and and EKG I've been referred to a Neurosurgeon and he said he's "proplexed", he's found Hypoesthesia in my feet and no reflexes in my hands. My feet constantly burn, 24/7, they burn worse at night.

I was sort of forced to go off of clonazepam cold turkey after getting self off of taking too much Soma and too much Ativan and too much clonazepam. I used the clonazepam to get off the Soma and both Soma and clonazepam to get off the ativan. Anyway, I went for 2 weeks without any clonazepam and felt quite horrible - panic attacks coming back big time, havent slept in over a week but now have been able to get some more clonazepam. But now after taking .

5 Ativan, took not even 1 pill a day for about 7 months because if I took a half of 0.5 I felt woozy.. until I went through a bump in the road with my boyfriend and felt like the Ativan wasn't helping.. My doctor switched me to Klonopin... She and most of my doctors always believed I was very sensitive to medication, so I really can't take too much of anything without feeling some side effects.

In reading through my neuro's write up, she mentions that if we do not find evidence of MS in my upcoming tests, she would consider starting me on "an immunomodulatory agent to reduce the frequency of relapse." I'm curious about this idea because it was 6 years in between my double-vision episodes. Any links to previous posts and/or references on the topic would be greatly appreciated. t believe there is any reversal of thickened heart walls, but the condition can slowed or stopped with lifestyle change if that is the cause or any offending agent. Wall dimensions are echo estimates, and your doctor did not seem concerned, so there may not be a heart issue. Your heavy workouts may be the cause. Is your heart rate at rest below 60 bpm? That would be a good indication of a strong healthy heart from your heavy workouts.

I just started Pristiq and Im also on ativan and abilify............wondering if anyone else has taken these meds together.I felt great after taking the pill last night now today im kinda scared and spacey feeling...any thoughts?

IVF, but it's just as expensive as a tubal reversal, if it doesn't work you have to continue doing it until one sticks with you! You are better off with a reversal, you can try on your own, unlimited tries. It is expensive, either way. And you aren't guarenteed to get pregnant after a tubal reversal (not that even without a tubal reversal you're guarenteed). Oxazepam is a benzodiazapine, same classification of drugs as Xanax (alprazolam), Ativan (Lorazepam), and Klonopin (Clonazepam). It's a Schedule IV drug. All benzos can be addictive, so be careful with it, and it should be tapered before stopping. Your doc is right about the Clonidine, but it should be noted that your blood pressure does make a difference here, so be careful with it as well. The oxazepam is an anti-anxiety/sedative hypnotic agent by the way.

i was just wondering how old u r and how long after reversal did u find out u were pregnant and who did yr reversal i had my reversal on the 20th april i had my 1st period on the 24th ovulated on the 24 cth and now counting down toi do preg test im feeling nauses but asuming it is stress and excitment im due for my next period on the 22 may hoping for the best im now 7 days b4 my due period and having a little cramping on right side

I'm not sure about the cost of reversal, but there's also IVF...although it will probably cost about $10,000 and up, depending on the meds. Hopefully someone else on here can give you more info on reversal. Best of luck with everything!
