I live in northern Canada,and the winter has been severe,so getting out for exercise has been difficult,but I do get out every day for walks,
and have use of a swimming pool.....I have found that
exercise helps,but it`s not easy this time of year.My current prescription is for .5mg,and I have been trying to hold my use to 2.5-3mg,spread out over the day.I try cutting them in half,but find I need the other half an hour or 2 later.A schedule would really help me out..
