There are others; most smartphones will have aps that will do the same thing. I just happen to like the FitBit. (it tells me I have taken over 4 million steps since I started and 7,117 floors).

I've been taking 60mg of armor thyroid for about 10 days and have noticed my symptoms like tiredness achiness and constipation have worsened. Could the Armor thyroid be causing this? My TSH is 6.230 T3 reverse is 9.8 T4 direct is 0.

Its not painful or uncomfortable I rub my ear and it stops_ it also feels like laying on one side and ear goes to sleep. My SI pain is about a 5 all the time.
