
From what I have read, this diet can be difficult to manage - it can involve test strips and urine or breath tests to determine if
you are in ketosis, and one day of eating more than 50 g of carbohydrates can cause
you to get out of ketosis, and this adds an additional complexity level compared to other diets (maximum carbohydrates to maintain ketosis can range from 100g to as low as 20 g a day - which is difficult).
