I took plan B on the last day of my period which was december 25th and starting on the 29th i had soreness in what seems like right above the ovaries, a pain on each side of my abdomen. I also have this pulsating around my belly button and it will shoot down to the right side then give me back pain. I also have headaches and have gotten easily hot and overheated during the night. I know im not pregnant because ive testes and JUST came off my period and it was normal. Could this be my apendix?

Last night I started having a dull pain on the right side of my abdomen, across from my belly button, it went away today but came back around lunch time. It went away again and now at 2am it has come back. I pressed on my stomach a bit and it send a shooting pain through my belly button area. Its not SUPER painful, just more of a discomfort. I've also started urinating WAY more in the past hour and I'm not sure if its related but my knees began aching REALLY bad out of nowhere.
ve been having a dull pain on my right lower side of my abdomen, into my pelvis. I thought it was appendicitis, but it goes away and comes back. Not to sound gross, but Ive been very gassy and at points I can be constipated, to normal, to diarrhea. It feels like the pain is going away with each day too. I get nauseous at some times, but that goes away. I havent lost my appetite and when i touch my abs, there is no rebound pain. I can jump and move around and everything. What could it be?

When my ex got sick one day while I was at work, he called me. He described abdominal pain that sounded like it could be gas or early appendicitis. I told him to take Gas-Ex and lie down. When I got home, he still had the pain, even lying down. I pressed on his abdomen and he had more pain. Didn't really know what I was doing, but just gently pressed around and he moaned.
It starts out like something is wrapped around my stomach, then later my lower right abdomen would start to hurt; The pain would just stay on my abdomen. This goes away after hours. It's accompanied by overall weakness, and nausea. Then, I lose my appetite. I think it's gotten worse over the years, but I just sleep through it. Though, now it hurts quite frequently, especially when stressed.
Six months back I got pain at Right Lower Abdomen (RIF). The local GP thought Sub acute appendicitis and prescribed antibiotics. My WBC at that time was normal. The pain was intermittent, some times sharp and mild. I never took the antibiotics. The next day the local GP said no appendicitis. After 15 days still the symptoms continued occasionally and a went to a Gastroenterologist who advised to take Taxim-O an antibiotic. I took it for 5 days.
I have been to the doctors for tests for appendicitis when I had severe pain in my lower abdomen. They ran a few tests, try these
Raise one leg at a time, keep the other flat, if you get pain in the lower right area you are more likely to have appendicitis.
The best test for it is to push down hard on the area of pain, if you get severepain when you let go, that is bad and I recommend you visit your doctor.
A calcified concretion in the appendix visible on an abdominal radiograph; considered diagnostic of appendicitis in the acute abdomen.

It is mostly localized in my lower right abdomen, but as the pain gets worse it spreads throughout the lower abdomen and to my lower right back. The pain ranges from a tearing feeling to a stabbing sensation. The pain is so severe that I can not move. I also feel very nauseated and throw up throughout the whole ordeal. Along with the nausea I experience vertigo and am very weak. This episodes generally have a sudden onset, last about two hours and then they gradually stop.
They can move, cause pain and again remain in a position for long periods of time. Similarly chronic appendicitis too can behave this way with bouts of pain, localization of infection and inflammation and a symptom free period. Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis, infection in kidney, constipation, and an abscess in rectus abdominis muscle or psoas muscle can all cause lower right abdomen pain. An ultrasound or CT scan of abdomen is definitely required.

Also the pains in my abdomen seem to get worse when i eat or after a night out drinking. Then the pain gets very sharp and spreads to the left side and lower left of the back, i get hit by a sudden feeling of weakness and have to lie down.
What are the possible causes of this pain, and could it be linked to my other symptoms?
p.s. i am fully aware that this is not a diagnosis, it is just to know wether or not i should get this checked by my GP.

I can not even sleep on that side or the pain is so intense in the morning. I think appendicitis would have ruptured by now and I have no fever. I am wondering if I either pulled a muscle in the abdomen/side or maybe a hernia?
I have sharp abdominal pain to the right of my abdomen about 3 fingers width. It has been there for months and I mainly feel it upon touch. Lately I've felt bloated. I saw an obgyn and ovaries and uterus have been ruled out. My pcp wants to send me for a CT scan of the abdomen. Is she thinkining hiatal hernia possibly caught early?? I am thin, don't always eat the best, not pregnant (my son is 8) . She says its in the area of the ileocecal valve.
Three days ago, I saw a doctor for pains I was experiencing in my lower right abdomen. He took a pee-test, and the results showed that I had a few infectious cells. He told me that I was probably at the end of a stomach virus, but should be getting better. He told me that if the pain persisted, within two days, I should return to the clinic or to the ER, on account of it could be appendicitis. I am eighteen years old, broke, and under the care of my parents who refuse to return me to any doctor.
I have this pain in the lower right region of my abdomen, Its not a pain in which I cannot walk but there is a pain there. I went to get blood work done because my cousin which is a Doctor wanted to rule out an appendicitis. The WBC count came back at 10.1 where the normal range for that laboratory I believe was from 5 to 10. My cousin said that is not significant enough to point towards appendicitis. My lymphocte percentage was low at 20.3 percent, and my mean platelet volume was also low 6.8.
When I had appendecitis I woke up in pain with a lot of abdominal pressure and was admitted for surgery that day. It felt like I was really constipated or something (sorry TMI), and was nauseous. It sounds like the pain you are having is more likely related to the pcos. I have had ovarian cysts in the past and it felt a lot like what you are describing. I'm not an expert, just my personal experience.
