I am not sexually active but sometimes I have bowel irregularities like going every other day or having drier or wetter stools than what would probably would be normal. I have applied jock itch puwder to the area but nothing I try works. It seems to be the worst after I pass a stool or during sleeping. This irritation causes me unberable ithcing (like termites or bugs crawling around in my anus and an acompanying burning feeling.

Itchy rash on arms and legs can be due to many causes like dermatitis, lice, scabies and hives, eczema, lichen simplex chronicus, stasis dermatitis of legs or viral infections. Your itching is most likly from your skin being irritated from all the scratching before. If you have certain areas that itch more than others get some of the over the counter anti itch cream its the 1% with aloe. If you scratched very much you might has developed a mild dermetitus as your fingernails contain a lot of bacteria. Either way the cream helps me.

Did you ever figure out what it was? I've had similar symptoms for about 7 years. The doctors ran bood tests. They found nothing. They told me the same thing, change your clothes, detergent, soap, use antihistamine, cortisol cream. Nothing works. I'm frustrated. Now my girlfriend tells me she is itching vaginally.
