So my hubby and I had a few names on our list for our little girl. I am usually one for very classic names but my hubby found this one and I actually kind of like it. What are your opinions on the name Zaira Victoria (pronounced zy-rah).

Hello all. So, my husband and I love unique names and we decided on Zion (pronounced ZY - on) because we love the meaning "heaven on earth". My hubby doesn't want a middle name with it bc he thinks it's too strong of a name by itself. Do you agree? Also, do you think the name is too unusual that he will get teased for it? We really love that name though. Comments and opinions will help.

I was wondering if anyone has had any heart rhythm problems attributed to antibiotics. I have pvcs/pacs, all tests, ekg, echo has come back completely normal. Im just worried about taking a new medication,, afraid it may cause the palpitations to be worse, better yet cause a dangerous arrythmia!! Any advice would be great!!

What antibiotics are you taking? Did your dr prescribe these antibiotics for bronchitis knowing that you are pregnant?

Strep is going through my family and I know with my luck I will get it, but I will definitely take antibiotics to try and keep it from spreading even more.

My anxiety is way too high to start taking these antibiotics! "Not recommended for pregnant women unless benefits outweigh the risks" is not good enough for me! The doctor asked if I was on birth control when I went in (ER) -.- , im 28 weeks & seriously do not want anything risking my babies health :( the pills are Apo-Cephalex 500mg. My ingrown toenail keeps getting worse as Im unable to clean it on a regular basis or let it breathe at all.

Omgness this is killing me im on these antibiotics and they make me throw up im on fire (my house is at 68 degrees) but im buring up i feel so freaking sick these are miserable! I eat and feel okay for maybe 20 min then im sick as a dog again.

Definitely take the antibiotics. Uti is something that needs antibiotics to cure and if it goes untreated then can develop into a kidney problem which in some cases can cause early labour. Much safer to take the meds. I've been on the same antibiotics twice during this pregnancy and am now 36+ weeks and baby is perfectly healthy.

I got bit by a dog on my leg and the bite wasn't to bad but it did break skin so I got put on antibiotics for 10 days and I'm nervous that it's not ok to take. But Iv been taking the recommended dose for like 3 days now. I'm 19 weeks pregnant now.

I have to go in tomorrow at 7pm to get antibiotics for having gbs before i get induced Wednesday. I was wondering if they would let me eat since im not actually getting induced until Wednesday. Most antibiotics are safe during pregnancy. If you told your primary Dr that you were pregnant they would've chosen meds safe for you. I've been on them twice so far and I'm almost 29 weeks and baby is great.
