After the headache and back pain subsided, I got severe sore throat (with some ulcers on the back of my throat) with night fevers and myalgia on my right thigh that lasted for 2 weeks, I went to two different throat specialists who gave me antibiotics, anti inflammation drugs and even anti Chlamydia antibiotics. Definitely time to see your vet. Actually, your Dad was correct in his first aid measures. My vet recommends the same thing for the first 24 hours of gut issues. Beyond 24 hours, you need to consult your vet. I'm not certain about the "slimy" urine, but my best guess is that he's got a urinary tract infection that will need antibiotics. A UTI often causes incontintence as well.

Day 13: Light pink splotches on glans. Began antibiotics.
Day 16: Repeat of symptoms Day 2-3. Significant neck swelling, difficult to swallow, breathe; some hoarseness. Very active gastro, light, thin stool. No significant burning; no discharge, no blisters, sores, ulcers.
Day 17: Gastro subsided.
Well we both got our medication for it anyways. Prior to this I had been on antibiotics to kill what the docs said could be a "sinus infection". Well, the antibiotics definitely helped, but I have had extreme anxiety over thinking it could be an STD for a good month and a half.
So my gf recently got tested for everything again and her results came back flawless.
I was informed that is a virus and I should treat only with antibiotics... I wonder if it is not necessary having blood test done...
So I had to take antibiotics twice during my pregnancy. One time it was the pack you take for like 4 days I believe and its because I had a virus/flu going on then the second time which was like 3-4weeks later I had amoxicillin because again I had came down with a cold but with an ear infection. I was suppose to stay on the amoxocillin for I think was like 10+ days but everytime I would take it I felt my baby move alot and just felt nasty so I ended up taking it for only 2-3 days.

I'm pretty sure it is not a seasonal allergy since it happened from Fall to the present, and only lasts about 3 days at a time, always coming with the same symptoms and going the same. It's really weird, and such a puzzle. I do think it is a virus of some type but I've never heard of a virus that acts this way. I suppose it could be an allergy to something but I have no idea how to even begin to find out what.

I said so beacause I read that the antibiotics can elevate the enzymes level in the bloodstream. I want to know what the virus also can do to liver except for the fibtosis and if it can affect other organs ??
well i went to the emergency room last night because i was having trouble breathing and couldn't get my fever to go down. found out i have pneumonia. yippee for me.
sounds more like you have a kidney stone issue perhaps than a std issue. antibiotics won't help if that is the issue. you need to see an urologist at this point.

Well, if the antibiotics didn't or aren't working . . . chances are you really have a virus and not something antibiotics work on. People often do have a hard time telling them apart. I doubt you have a resistant strain of bacteria that three or two antibiotics wouldn't touch. So, give it some time to see if the virus finally goes. OR, you could have a virus, then got bronchitis, then got another virus, etc. I swear this happened to me when my kids were in the elementary years.

Pneumonia can be contagious until about 48 hours into antibiotics (the viral kind that some will have treated with antibiotics any way).

Hi. Well, where are you at? Any chance this could be the corona virus? shortness of breath is one of the signs of it. Did they check your blood oxygen levels or offer you a covid 19 test? Any other symptoms? There are other viruses and illnesses though that can cause this. Other symptoms you have would be helpful.
and it makes Protein synthesis inhibitor antibiotics i mean is this medicine affected my body and the Hiv virus couldnt produce itself by using trna with replication and my Elisa test couldnt catch it...
Can it be like that and effect my body???
