On your expertise, please advise me whether this could be potential side effects or a cold or flu I got from somewhere? It is side effects, when will I feel better? I'm so scared now because I might hace caught other STD, like HIV, and I didn't know. Today, diarrhea is gone. Thank you!

Hi i am on 40mg of Omeprazole for acid reflux. Has anyone here had side effects from it like loose stools? For the past two weeks or so my bowel movements have been rather odd...loose in the morning but ok towards the end of the day...no blood, but causing soreness around my anus afterwards....

And I figured that would happen from taking antibiotics. Nevertheless, I looked up the side affects and when I saw what I’d been feeling was common, I ignore it. So now it’s been 5 days and it’s just gotten worse. Not only am I having very watery diarrhea, but I’ve been nauseaous and somewhat dizzy and, best of all, I think I’ve developed a yeast infection. And a bad one at that. It itches, burns, and has a strong odor.

i recently got put on antibiotics (azithromycin) for a throat infection, but these pains are not a side effect. i have experienced the side effects of my antibiotics; i had diarrhea and slight stomach pains, but that was it. i'm 16; female. i know i'm very young but i'm still scared if this is something serious. thanks so much!!!!!!!!

However recently I have noticed that the color of my blood (taken to test blood sugar) is a distinct chocolate-brown color similar to whenever I have had to use Nitro tabs/patches for angina attacks. I have also been affected by regular bouts of diarrhea. Are these side effects to be concerned about given the somewhat more beneficial effects and if so what could I do about them? Appreciate your comments and those of anyone else affected.

You did not have any risk of HIV. Protected sex is not a risk because protected sex is what people do to prevent HIV. Oral sex does not lead to infection either. You had no exposure of any kind to HIV. Therefore none of your symptoms are HIV related. Chlamydia on the other hand is very easy to catch and that's why so many people get it. And antibiotics are very well known to cause all of the side effects you're talking about.

So today my Celexa dose was upped from half a pill to 1 whole pill and the side effects are coming back like when I first started... Sweaty, can't sleep, headache, stiff neck, clenching teeth... Etc. I don't know what to do. I tried taking stuff for it, including an Oxy but still no change. What can I take to make these side effects not so bad? No, amoxicillin will not effect the outcome of your treatment. If you have an infection, you should take it as long as you are not allergic to penicillin derivatives. Your liver will be fine. I was on very high powered antibiotics twice and still UND.

Has anyone had any side effects from Clomid? I took it June 30-July 4.
