I was on info. overload and should have slowed the dr. down, but opted for another try at meds instead of the scope. If I have not responded to drug therapy to control reflux during the past 3 or more months is there reason to believe that this will work? Does anyone else use baclofen for similar reasons and with any success?

Is this mutant bacteria dangerous because the antibiotics don't work for a person who has a resistance or because it is so powerful that even if an antibiotic works well for you, the bacterial strain is so powerful, it will override any known antibiotic? I tested positive for these two bands only 23 and 41 IGM Bands. The CDC criteria for a positive WB are as follows: For IgM, 2 of the following three bands: OspC (22-25), 39 and 41. For IgG, 5 of the following ten bands: 18, OspC (22-25), 28, 30, 39, 41, 45, 58, 66 and 93. Is it possible I don't have lyme?
Avatar f tn t want antibiotics (I am against preventative antibiotics for a number of reasons) but my midwife showed me how to monitor my baby for the first week or so every 4 hours and what signs to look for (high/irregular breathing rate, heartbeat too fast, fever, even rashes can suggest exposure to the bacteria, but they're not a sign of infection). My baby had high breathing rates for a day or 2 which we kept an eye on but turned out she was fine.
