Here are some of my favorite,
easy breakfasts. Each provides a good balance of healthy carbs, fats, protein, and fiber. Don't skip breakfast! There's no excuse if you keep the ingredients on hand, and get up a couple minutes early.
1. 1 cup fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup diced fruit of choice.
