I was not told I would have a lump in my left breast in the skin from radiation (on the right side of the left breast, radiation treatment exist site, that was not the site of the cancer/surgery), which the surgeon examined and nerve damage in my right blade from radiation, therefore how do I get a list of the PERMINENT SIDE EFFECTS from radiation? Loyola Hospital did not provide this list to me.

However recently I have noticed that the color of my blood (taken to test blood sugar) is a distinct chocolate-brown color similar to whenever I have had to use Nitro tabs/patches for angina attacks. I have also been affected by regular bouts of diarrhea. Are these side effects to be concerned about given the somewhat more beneficial effects and if so what could I do about them?

Only one tonsil was slightly swollen and red over a week, a couple of bits of puss, no pain and no fever - the doctor has not performed a swab test. I have read that the side-effects of this drug are commonly nausea and vomiting and as someone who has a morbid fear of vomiting, I am really reluctant to take it. Is it worth hanging on for another few days and seeing if it clears naturally?
Is this documented that Accutane does cause premature epiphyseal closure? If so why is this drug being prescribed and why isn't this on the long list of side effects. My son was on this and he has not grown since, or while taking it. He was just past his 14th birthday when he took it. His acne was severe and it is also now back. It did clear up for a short time. He is only 5, 5.
I started typing in about accutane and growth and have come up with a long list of concerncs about growth.
