You would have to eat about half a gallon of plain
yogurt everyday to get enough probiotic
in your system. So, while
yogurt is good, it is insufficient anyway. So, I would go easy on the stomach and not use yogurt 'til you start feeling better. But, don't use the ones with the sugary fruits, because that's too much sugar for your body right now. You don't want to aggravate Leaky Gut if you already have it, and you don't want to get it if you don't already have it.
