I have recently developed razor-burn like bumps in my pubic region. I am female, and shave regularly. At first, I wasn't concerned and thought this was just razor burn. However, it has shown up and gone away 3-4 times in the past ~2 weeks. What could this be?
Also, I cannot currently see a doctor and need treatment I could easily get OTC.
I woke up this morning to see three, small raised red bumps on my shoulder. They're very peculiar, and they seem to be perfectly in a row. They don't itch, sting, or burn. There's no head to them, either.
Any ideas what this is? Do I need medical attention? Thanks.
If there is any redness, warmth , tenderness or pain then an infection should be suspected. Keep the area clean. Also apply a topical antibiotics cream like Neosporin or Mupirocin. If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

I got a burn/blister from my heating pad 4 days ago. At first it was just red and the "normal" skin peel with clear fluid when it happened. Like a sunburn blister. Now it is tender, has a green scab, and red surrounding. I've been cleaning with alcohol, putting neosporin on it, and keeping it coverd most of the time. I am worried that the green scab might not be "normal" infection. I don't know what to do.

Hello NOHARD, no its not edging. When edging, a man stops right before he ejaculates. My husband actually does ejaculate but pinches his urethral opening closed so that the actual fluid cant come out. Part of the reason I'm having such a hard time finding any information on what he is doing is because it is being confused with edging.

I have noticed that my Onc only focuses on my cancer and it's treatments and doesn't pay attention to other problems...I am the one who has to ask if I should go see someone about the other problems,,teeth, bones, eyes, skin,,so on...So I have to be on top of things and read all my reports and question each problem and take care of it myself. Your Mom's Onc would probably refer her to a dermatologist.

going back to exercise is fine while you are on amoxixillin, as long as you are feeling up to it as far as your infection goes.
Regarding the sun exposure risk, you just need to be aware that you may burn a bit more easily while you are on it, so just be sure to wear sunscreen or cover up appropriately if you are fair skinned (ideally you are doing this anyway).

The index finger is burned on the area near the nail bed including the nail itself, the burn is isolated to the right side of the nail and finger. My question being what will a Doctor do to ease my pain and help the healing process?
