I have 2 chihuahuas & a pug. They have fleas & I literally cannot get rid of them! Not only do I feel disgusting because they have them, but the luck themselves raw! It's awful. these are your antibiotics? why do you think your kitties need antibiotics? what strength are they and how much do the kitties weigh? you do know that using an antibiotic on cats can be dangerous...you have to be very sure there is an actual infection, than the culture needs to show what antib will work for that strain.

I have noticed a pattern which I was reminded of recently, and that is whenever I take a round of antibiotics, it relieves the swelling for a while. I finished a 10 day course on Avelox about a week and a half ago, and so far have had no swelling. Does anybody have any idea why this happens? The augmentin taken twice daily for two weeks would certainly cure and prevent development of syphilis. The combination of cefixime and azithromycin would most probably prevent infection but it would not be curative if the infection was established.

She is a very well cared for dog. Has regular check ups etc. Where my husband works all her vet care; exams..bloodwork..the whole kit'n kaboodle is done and taken care of. Hello, i am now concerned, I was perscribed penicillin for strep throat on monday (the day of my urine test) and have been taking it all week, (i got another urine test on Thursday) they both came out negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia after unprotected vaginal sex a week ago i am now concerned because i have read on here that taking an antibiotic can mask the test and cause false negatives?? is this true?? thanks!

I was on antibiotics due to bronchitis. Thankful that I got better after being sick for 3 weeks. The doctor knows which are safe and try not to stress. I also called my obgyn and double checked the meds for a piece of mind.
