You probably need antibiotics. I know some antibiotics have been of concern to pg. mothers they can yellow the babies teeth but I think that is for taking them long term. Maybe your gyno can give you something to dry up the mucus without antibiotics but for sure see a dr. yellow mucus isn't normal.

I have had several surgeries to have a tooth implant put in. last week i got a sinus infection and was put on antibiotics (a Z pack that i finished 2 or 3 days ago). i started to feel better 2 days ago. however, yesterday i started getting pain in the general area of my implanted tooth. the tooth is located on the upper left side of my mouth (5 in from my front tooth). I thought it was strange that it started bothering me AFTER most of my congestion went away.
The first time I coughed up blood my GP called in the script without seeing me. The second time I had just started antibiotics from my asthma doctor and and my GP just said it was good that I needed the antibotics.
You really do need to see a doctor as the blood is a sign of a serious infection at best. That type of infection can cause lung damage. So get it taken care of.
But now, I have been coughing up dark grey after having some chronically infected teeth pulled. Could this be a result of the local anesthetic injections, or a worsening of the copd? I can only get rid of bronchitis for about a month before it comes back every time. Antibiotics (doxicycline) seem to have the inside of my mouth raw, with white patches on my tongue and a few white blisters in mouth, also. Now I'm on Penicillin for the teeth. I am on chantix, too. Quitting after 37 years.
Anyone know what could be the cause? Im almist positive its not from polish as ive never had this happen before.

have a couple of questions, i have been having dental problems for about 5 years now, i have a small piece of one tooth that fell out 2 years ago that causes pus to come out everyday, it is a pale yellow color for 2 year it was bright yellow, it no longer hurts like it did, i have two teeth that are decaying badly they are black at top and are now starting to show opening to the bone, netiher have any kind of pus coming out but they do hurt, the third issue is i had a tooth pulled 2 yea
s the problem, my teeth are slightly yellow and i believe these are caused by coffee and smoking. but however, my front two teeth seems to be more yellow than the others and sometimes there are white spots on the front two teeth. so i was wondering what is the causes and is there any solution for it?? well, appearance for me is at top priority...so i really need help on this.
*FYI: few years back i have seen a dental in school, and i asked him about this problem...
