Another recent post suggested that one should double check with the doctor and/or pharmacist because there is some data that says some antibiotics are more likely to cause trouble than others.
My doctor said it (the concern) was mostly for IV drugs, but if I needed an antibiotic to come in for an ekg after a few doses. I'd be interested in anything you learn. I haven't needed an antibiotic for the year I've been on this drug, but who knows when I might?

If you have an unprotected sex exposure and 3 days after a doctor gives you a zpac (1500mg of zithromax at one time) for possible Chy and GH exposure would that take care of both of those STD's?
If you then had a test 3 days after that (6 days from exposure) and everything came back negative, would that be reliable OR would the antibiotics you took possibly have tainted the results?
s are treated with other antibiotics. If you got chlamydia from your experience, you have treated it and it SHOULD be gone.
I have had chlamydia before, but zithromax did not cure it. I needed a different antibiotic called doxycycline. This does happen so don't be surprised if it is not gone.
As for other STD's, you need to get tested to get a prescription for the proper antibiotics.
Some antibiotics are fine to take and others aren't. I know amoxicilin(not sure about spelling) is fine. Have you tried looking those medications up online?
The first test was a cervical swab gram stain test, however I had the test done approx 24 hours after being prescribed with 400g of cefditoren pivoxil and 1g Zithromax. The doctor said the test would be only 80% accurate due to the antibiotics i had already taken.
Because of this I decided to get retested 1 week after taking the antibiotics. This time I went for a PCR urine test. This also came back negative.
What I am asking is, do you think the negative result of these tests is accurate?
If you took the zithromax (anti-bacterial medication) before the test, then yes it would effect the bacterial STD test.
Zithromax won't affect the Hepatits B as its a virus (anti-bacterials don't do anything to virus parasites).

try looking for genetic drugs by going in to google.com and type any drug name with the word generic and you will have lots of materials to read and learn.
I looked up the name for you and the genetic drug is Levofloxacin and I am sure you will find it a lot cheaper and can get it in the mail by a canadian pharmacy wich you can also lookup the name in google.com

Less Phlegm but my ears started hurting and I had some pain under my jaw. Like 2 lines. Went back to the doctor and she gave me a nasal spray to reduce the phlegm in my throat. She gave me another prescription for zithromax.
Week7: Burning chest and at times burning throat or dry throat. Feels like I been screaming. I feel pressure around my jaws. I went back to my original doctor and he gave me Augmentin (antibiotics). He said one of my tonsils are a little swollen.

Hi I am currently three days on Zithromax (treating chlamydia) and I have a light sometimes darker Orange discharge with strings of blood in them when I wipe. Could it be the antibiotics fighting the infection?

Zithromax took for 5 days as directed
One week later prescribed Amoxycillin 2x875mg twice daily for 7 days.
On the 4th day of the amoxy I woke up with hives mostly on arms neck and chest and a little red dwelling around lower left eye (lid swollen) (i stopped the amoxy)
I took Benedryl 1x25mg four times 4 hours apart.
You need to be managed by some other class of antibiotics like Augmentin and other new generation cephhalosporins like Ceftriaxone (Rocephin). Discuss this with your doctor.
Update- okay so I've been to the doctor twice about this and I'm still having problems. So the antibiotics have run their course and 90% of the discomfort in my urethra has gone away. However, I still get this light throbbing/ stinging feeling maybe twice a day. Also, about 3 days after taking the Zithromax, I started getting anal itching. It itches a lot and and feels similar to the feeling I had in my urethra following exposure. All of the tests have come back negative.
the intercourse was brief maybe 2 minutes and i am circumsised. i asked the girl if she was std free and she said yes and according to her she just had a hiv test the month before. i called the clinic in which the bargirls would get tested and although they cannot give a specific person's name due to privacy, they did say that no one has tested positive for hiv in that certain club. so i became paranoid and self prescribed myself with 2g of zithromax for other STD.
