I'm about 41 female About a 10 days ago I was surprised when I went to the restroom and noticed I had red bloody urine. At that time I had no pain only the urge to go to the restroom more so but no other symptoms.

What is happening is the pneumonia is exacerbating the diabetes. Thanks you for your comment.I really do hope I can get an answer,for whats happening to me,but my best bet is just to stay calm about it and not freak out so much.So far I've been told that madication can raise glucose levels and blood pressure as well,that's just the way the body copes with unknown meds especially this types of drugs.But so far I'm still a little scared.

the a1c is 6.2 fasting glucose was 99 and now the two hour post meal glucose was 107.....doc said he cant dx at this time because the numbers are now normal sans the a1c. he thinks the infection may have caused some small spike but not that much. i used the official nyc lab this time. i havent had time to moderate diet and excercise in just 4 days. whole thing seems odd but doc seems to think if i cut 20 pounds this goes to a normal range. we shall see!
