When we consulted doctors some of them are say we have to under go “Cornea Transplant Surgery” and some of them say go for ICL / Intacs treatments. We need some opinions for this disease. I have used 2 types of face creams I think have made it worse - both were over the counter daily anti-aging moisturizers - but thats not the only time it seems to get worse. Tested HBV DNA on Sep 2012 and it is 4540642IU/ml = 26426536 copies/ml, ALT - 66, AST - 48, rest all LFT is within normal range, i was feeling mild pain under the right lower ribs, HbeAg is Negative and Anti HbeAg is +ve. Doc advise to take TDF for six months and test again.
Aug 2013 report is HBV DNA is < 6 iu/ ml = < 35 copies/ml. Alt 26 and Ast 26. Rest all reports are within normal. What is the next course of treatmant? Pls advise.

I agree, rejection is the main reason I'm worried about cosmetic treatments. I was hoping to find someone that might have experienced it. I'm definitely considering seeking out a doctor that specializes in EDS.( dermatology)
I have many questions, not just cosmetically, but overall. I really want to if EDS is being researched and if there is any advancements being made.
I suggest the use of products that are hypoallergenic and also with organic ingredients such as vitamin C and E. Anti aging products may also be beneficial especially for women with fine lines and wrinkles.
A healthy diet,decrease intake of fatty food, cessation of smoking,adequate sleep and daily exercise will ensure not just great skin but also a healthy body in general.
