Try an anti bacterial facial soap that's gentle, get a non alcohol toner and a thick lotion on all areas except your t zone. I've been studying skin since forever now because I broke out really bad as well, that's what I found to help.

Don't layer multiple products meant for treating acneic skin, which will make matters worse for sensitive skin. Go to ulta and talk to their estheticians for a professional recommendation. While pregnant do stay away from retinols which are anti aging. They can cause birth defects. But look for something that has hyaluronic acid in it which is a natural chemical our body makes which helps retains moisture by 1000x its weight. So it is super hydrating which will help reduce and prevent wrinkles.

I am from a very dry climate and moved to a humid city. Every since I moved here my skin has never been the same. I have used "Silk Skin" homeopathic products for years and it looks like it doesn't work anymore. I can't even use the toner anymore becuase it causes bumps. What I have used to get rid of the bumps is Topsyn. That stuff is great, but bleaches the skin. And I don't want to have to be using it every other day just remove the bumps.

Before I get to my question I thought it would be helpful if I stated that I use The 3 step Proactiv Solution system. The Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner and The Reparing lotion. I started using it twice a day for a little over a month now. So I realized yesterday that I had a small white patch of skin on my chin beside a part of my beard, it doesn't hurt, itch or nothing actually it looks slightly scaly when i strech the skin but nothing major.

I have oily skin on the T-zone and also small acnes.I also have many small pores that is really hard to close.I have tried so many ways including toner but nothing work.What is the main cause and what should I do to close the pores?
The wash obviously cleanses the face but it also disturbes the skins natural ph so to restore that ph (which helps fight bacteria on the skin that causes pimples) you need to use the toner. Also the moisturizer may seem unnecessary if your skin is already oily but if your skin is not getting the moisture it needs, your body tells your oil producing skin cells to work overtime and produce more, therefore causing oily skin.
