I haven't heard of any of this anti-aging stuff with these two supplements. I use Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) to help with peripheral neuropathy. I noticed that it really does cut down on the amount of neuropathy I experience. When I did some online research for Acetyl L Carnitine and neuropathy, since it's also used. The difference is that it is recommended that people check with their doctors before using the Acetyl L Carnitine.

Hello. I desperately need help. Ive had rashes or tiny clustered red bumps on my hand for more than a week now. It's a little bit reddish. It's starting to get itchy. I've tried putting hydrocortisone creams but it doesnt seem to be working. It's very unappealing. Help please.
Could dry hands be the reason why little cuts happen on your fingers or fingertips at random times. Like for example, i was watching tv when my hand started stinging A LOT and i didn't know what it was until a couple seconds later i see a tiny cut on my finger so i squeezed all the blood out. I put lotion on my arms and boy once a day but usually never on my hands. Could that be the reason why little cuts are appearing out of nowhere and is it normal to sting alot if it does?
Last night started an extremely itchy left hand that almost burns. It woke me up several times. It eased up once today for a very short time and has now started in again. Also on the back of my hand, in a small red rectangle. And on one cheek, two red streaks, much milder. The itching is mild. I've tried prescription Vanos cream, benadryll, and anti-fungal cream and nothing has changed it... isn't getting worse but isn't getting better. Had for just under a week. Well, on my inner things, near my vaginal area, I have dark spots, and also a few bumps. I am 14, so I know it's not aging or anything further. I have my period regularly. I have big things and rub together.. Could that be the cause? I've had these spots since I was about 7 but they weren't as worse as they are right now. What should I do? if your dehydrated the lips are really dry and chapped and you can do a simple test to see if you are dehydrated other than the lips. Pinch (NOT HARD) a little bit of skin on your hand or arm then let go, if the skin snaps right back then your ok. if it takes a moment then your dehydrated and need fluids ASAP
You should try some calamine lotion to calm your skin, and to keep your skin soft and hydrated try Aveeno. Aveeno has oatmeal in it which is very calming to the skin.

But look for something that has hyaluronic acid in it which is a natural chemical our body makes which helps retains moisture by 1000x its weight. So it is super hydrating which will help reduce and prevent wrinkles.
ve been having body itching even prior to my pregnancy and been taking anti hestamine meds ever since, my OB prescribe another anti hestamine during my pregnancy and says this is safe, but question is, i've been relying a lot on this meds, im afraid of the side effect it might bring to my baby if il take this prolong.
