Anybody ever heard about that diet? My good friend started doing it. She's been on it a week and lost 8 pounds. I was skeptical, thinking she must be starving herself but she said no, she's not hungry at all on it. So I looked it up and was impressed so far with what I've seen. Apparently, they follow the Mediterranean diet of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, olives, etc., which is supposed to be a good diet, even if you're not trying to lose weight.
