Common Questions and Answers about Anorexia tips videos
I have recently removed myself from my fitness pal and tumblr because it is an ED breading ground! It is where I would go to get tips and encouragement. I am trying to get away from doing it as I have had it under control for the past year and it was recently triggered again in January. I have been dealing with it since the 8th grade and I am now a college junior....its a constant battle and I hate it....I am trying so hard right now to fight losing weight the right way....
I have depression and anxiaty. Im obssesed with looking at thin people on the internet and looking at anorexiavideos on youtube wishing i was like them. I wish i could get myself to hate food.. I know thinking like this is not normal.

This is not a question, just a few tips for those who are on the road to recovering from an eating disorder. Just a little background on me: I suffered from Anorexia for six years of my life and have been recovered for twelve years now. For me, I experienced some gas and bloating. This can be quite stressful as it makes one feel full and gaining weight. I found that mixing some natural ginger in a tea or water helped. Also, digestion was a little slow for me.
So i was all ready for today, and they tell me it's tomorrow instead.. UGHHHHHHH! I mean i'm glad it's super soon but now i'm gonna have more time to think and get more nervous :( I feel like crying just thinking about it, but i think it's hitting my mom way way more, she's so stressed and doesn't want me to go through a tough time. ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO TELL MY MOM IT'S GONNA BE OKAY?! I feel like that's making me think more about it. OHHH!
m not aroused by his looks (which is nuts because i think he is freakn babe!). what should i do i have all this at my fingre tips but i never had this to work on before. should we watch porn while doing it? should i make a home movie for him so that he can watch it and associate me to his porn? should tell him to maybe try kegel exsiceses or try different ways to masterbate. should i tell not to watch porn which porn isn't really a bother to me anyways? i really don't know what to do.
I've been searching for tips to help baby get into position. I am 32 weeks and she is still laying sideways. All the videos I've watch pretty much say "when you know how your baby is positioned after an ultrasound", but I haven't had an ultrasound since 20 weeks. I know the doctor can try and move her but I would like to avoid that.
Anyone have any tips to get her to move?
I am about to be 14 weeks along and I was wondering if any mama's had tips for getting some energy back... I feel so tired and weak that it's ridiculous. I struggle to get out of bof and once I'm up all I wanna do is crawl back n2 it. Any advice is appreciated. T.I.A.
Hey pixie0304. My son is 16 and has this issue. NOT anorexia. :>) I took my son to a nutritionist. Some tips: make it count when you do eat. So, go for a bang. If you are only going to take a few bites, try a protein bar. If you are going to drink, try almond milk. My son has been doing this in the morning. It upped his calories and he feels better. The other thing the nutritionist said is that drinking nutrition and calories can be easier for some.
I am going through a recovering period from anorexia. I am currently talking to a psichologist, and im taking medication, which he prescribed me due to my depression. My feet edemas are very uncomfortable and I also suffer from bloating after eating. Id like to know anything that could help with my condition, especially any advice regarding my feet edemas and solutions to diminish them. thank you very much.
My water broke at 24 weeks 5 days And this is as far as they can go on keeping him in there. So I was watching YouTube videos on giving birth and now I'm freaking out and more nervous than I was. This is my 1st. Anyone tips or wise words will help thanks!

Is this becoming an obsessive habit? Impulsive, even? If so, what should I do? The tips of my fingers are really calloused and pink now, and my fingerprint is a most nonexistent. Therapy isn't an option, just FYI. Also, I did go through a spell of anorexia if that helps you at all. Thank you for reading, and I'm looking forward to your advice ^.
There are some really great YouTube videos on what to pack in the hospital bag, what to expect with a newborn, breastfeeding.. and whether you decide to circumcise or not just make sure your fully educated about it!
Depends on how baby is laying I didn't find mine tell 14 weeks (doctor couldn't either) as she was still under my pubic bone. A friend found hers at 10 weeks though cuz baby had already moved up! Some people even doctors can't fund the heart beat until 16 weeks so don't sweat it if you can't!!
I'm planning on trying to stay at home for most of my labor. I'm a ftm, so I know it's going to be a while before I'm ready to push, and I really don't want to be in a hospital the whole time. Any tips from experienced mommies? What made it easier for you? I know I'll be in a lot of pain, so any advice would be appreciated.
