My Husband and I have just moved to Singapore though, so now I need to figure out a new health care system! Does anyone have any tips for pregnancy in Singapore? Doctors, Hospitals, what to eat/what not to eat?

I have recently removed myself from my fitness pal and tumblr because it is an ED breading ground! It is where I would go to get tips and encouragement. I am trying to get away from doing it as I have had it under control for the past year and it was recently triggered again in January. I have been dealing with it since the 8th grade and I am now a college junior....its a constant battle and I hate it....I am trying so hard right now to fight losing weight the right way....

im a 13 year old girl and i cannot stop binge eating!!! i used to have anorexia and am now recovered! :) but now ive been binge eating everyday for a couple months and im afraid i will become obese! im 5'1 and 98 lbs so im not overweight, YET. how do i stop binge eating for good and become a normal teen age girl that has no problems with eating? will i ever be the same again? please, i need tips/tricks to over come this disorder!

This is not a question, just a few tips for those who are on the road to recovering from an eating disorder. Just a little background on me: I suffered from Anorexia for six years of my life and have been recovered for twelve years now. For me, I experienced some gas and bloating. This can be quite stressful as it makes one feel full and gaining weight. I found that mixing some natural ginger in a tea or water helped. Also, digestion was a little slow for me.

Hey pixie0304. My son is 16 and has this issue. NOT anorexia. :>) I took my son to a nutritionist. Some tips: make it count when you do eat. So, go for a bang. If you are only going to take a few bites, try a protein bar. If you are going to drink, try almond milk. My son has been doing this in the morning. It upped his calories and he feels better. The other thing the nutritionist said is that drinking nutrition and calories can be easier for some.

I am going through a recovering period from anorexia. I am currently talking to a psichologist, and im taking medication, which he prescribed me due to my depression. My feet edemas are very uncomfortable and I also suffer from bloating after eating. Id like to know anything that could help with my condition, especially any advice regarding my feet edemas and solutions to diminish them. thank you very much. Silvia.

So I had anorexia in many years but recovered in early 2014. Ever since then i've tried to loose weight hardly but don't seem to loose more then 3 kgs maximum. It disturbs me, cuz no matter how hard i try i dont seem to loose weight, i stay The same. I really wanna loose some more cuz im not comfortable in this body at all. So got an tips? ? Is this becoming an obsessive habit? Impulsive, even? If so, what should I do? The tips of my fingers are really calloused and pink now, and my fingerprint is a most nonexistent. Therapy isn't an option, just FYI. Also, I did go through a spell of anorexia if that helps you at all. Thank you for reading, and I'm looking forward to your advice ^.

Around four days ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a CSW (met in bar) in Singapore. She was from north vietnam and probably in her early twenties. Initially she insisted on condoms (worried about getting pregnant) but we ran out and the last session of sex we had was unprotected (probably lasted 15-20 minutes). It was vigorous but she was well lubricated naturally throughout. Washed penis gently with soap water after. We also performed unprotected oral on each other.

I have noticed within the past 3-4 days that when I am on the Ellipitcal Trainer, my toes, finger tips and lips go numb and my lips turn purple. I have read about Reynauds and did not know if this is what I had or not. The symptoms seem to go away when I take a hot shower, but my lips stay slightly numb throughout the rest of the day. What do you think?

t know anything about Portia. I had no idea she suffered from anorexia nervosa. I assumed she had anorexia - eating disorder from any cause - and that is why I assumed the anorexia resulted from her cirrhosis. Now, that I have read the gossip/Oprah stuff I lean more towards Willy's opinion.
