Avatar f tn Hi there, you have various neurological symptoms along with significant weight loss. An ophthalmologist’s examination of the eye is required to rule out local pathology and an otolaryngologist needs to check you for tinnitus. 3060668 tn?1340675902 ve tried every trick in the book and different herd medications but nothing seems to fully shake the neurological symptoms I get. I know these symptoms are not traditional gerd or gerd medication symptoms but I get pressure headaches, lightheadedness, loss of balance, nausea, ect. One thing that is interesting is that if I take some Tylenol, some of the symptoms subside. Now I've heard of Tylenol solving problems with headaches but not the other neurological symptoms.

585414 tn?1288941302 I know for myself it can be difficult for me because what I have causes seizure like episodes that have aspects of dysmentia and psychosis. But although they are working on defining the exact terminology my neurologist and psychiatrist both agree its neurological and my psychiatric disability is "in relative remission". I would not think this is uncommon as some people with m.s. and cerebral palsy sometimes have their disability mistaken as psychiatric.

Avatar f tn Yes you can have stomach pain along with many other symptoms. Anorexia and Anorexia Nervosa are actually two different things.. Anorexia is simply not eating, it doesn't necessarily mean you don't WANT to eat, just a lack of eating for whatever reason. Anorexia Nervosa (what people are usually talking about when they use the term Anorexia) is when you don't eat because you think you are fat, or you have a strong fear of gaining weight.
