I never had an eating disorder per say, but years ago during a hard time with my Ex-husband, I didn't eat much and when I did, I only ate things like rice and ham. Just to let you know, heart failure is when your heart stops beating. Obviously, that's not you. You might have covid. But anorexia leaves you severely malnourished, and so if nothing else is found if you are currently anorexic, and you don't say how tall you are but that's not a lot of weight, that's the thing you need to pay the most attention to and fix.

Yes you can have stomach pain along with many other symptoms. Anorexia and Anorexia Nervosa are actually two different things.. Anorexia is simply not eating, it doesn't necessarily mean you don't WANT to eat, just a lack of eating for whatever reason. Anorexia Nervosa (what people are usually talking about when they use the term Anorexia) is when you don't eat because you think you are fat, or you have a strong fear of gaining weight.

Anyone with a resting heart rate over 100 should be checked by a doctor, if just over 100, say even 120, I'd say in most cases it can be done on a non-emergency scheduled basis - depending on other symptoms. i am an anorexic 5'4" 97lbs. on border of heart aryhtmias (ekg result) and every so often (1-2x wk) for a very short period of time feel pins and needles in both of my feet - not toes, but towards center of foot. Is this cause of concern?

Yes, bulemia increases your risk of heart problems. I am not sure why your heart rate is fast or why your chamber is enlarged. The obvious underlying problem that needs to be corrected is bulemia. Please talk to your doctors about this.
