Yes you can have stomach pain along with many other symptoms. Anorexia and Anorexia Nervosa are actually two different things.. Anorexia is simply not eating, it doesn't necessarily mean you don't WANT to eat, just a lack of eating for whatever reason. Anorexia Nervosa (what people are usually talking about when they use the term Anorexia) is when you don't eat because you think you are fat, or you have a strong fear of gaining weight.
m 22 years old and battled Anorexia from 13-19. I am in recovery now and at a much better weight (BMI 17.9). I also have Endometriosis and recurrent urine infections; along with low ferritin and osteopenia.
I'm on Sertraline 50mg and monthly Zolodex injections; along with medication for my osteopenia and my low ferritin.
My holt monitor results are as follows:

What you write is classic symptoms and behaviors of one getting more and more into the depth of their anorexia. Isolation and depression are also common features. What you need to do is ask yourself what keeps you in this relationship. Her threat of leaving the relationship is really her eating disorder talking.
Have they given you any indication as to whether your daughter is on the autistic spectrum? Delayed speech and difficulties with social communication are parts of the diagnositic criteria for autism. Does she lack imagination, play games in a 'scripted' way, or try to always control the game. Does she show any feelings of isolation or is she quite happy to pay on her own. Does she has siblings? If so how do they play together.
Are there any sensory issues.
I am currently medically stable but have been struggling for three years with hypothyroid symptoms( constant fatigue, brain fog,cold hands, slow motor skill, anxiety and depression worse, and a couple other symptoms) despite my bmi being normal, and proper nutrition. I am currently on thyroid meds but the only result is that my tsh is very low. Other wise I am still feeling the same and some symptoms are worse.
know what to do about him, because he has like, no muscle mass left on him! He says he is experiencing aches and pains all over, and he is blind in hsi left eye, and has had surgery to move the muscle so that his eye looks the right way, because it crossed inward before. But I have heard this happens to other people as well. It is dizziness/vision blacking out, and last time the searing pain brought him to his knees. And he said last time that the pain was in his right eye.

I'm not so sure about the 8, but I had 18mci's and I was in isolation for a week and 10 days from pregnant women and babies.
I would think you would be fine too, but no kissing and sleeping with anyone.
I have a 13 year old daughter who's behavior has changed dramatically in the past few months. She's always done extremely well academically and has mantained straight A's since she began school. However, her grades have dropped drastically to the point where she is getting D's, C's, and even F's. Her teachers are very concerned, as am I, about this sudden drop in performance.

first of all your periods stop because you are starving your body, and messing up all your hormone levels and plus you have no body fat. i have had an ed for almost 12 years and i didnt get my period i think till i was 18 it is not healthy to do. i have tremendous amounts of knowledge of this disease and if you ever need someone to talk to please just leave a message for me.
t happen over night and doing it right will keep it off longer... With anorexia the second you start to eat your body holds in everything including the fat because it knows you will starve it again. Also when you stop eating your body will start to eat itself (including your muscles). You can do this hun... keep it up and persevere.
My Stepdad is always caling me ugly .. And when i look in the mirror i believe it sometimes, all my friends say i'm beautiful. But i don't feel Beautiful. i have a problem, I hardly ever eat anymore :( i starve myself.
