Even if your tests come back negative for Celiac (like mine did) you still might have an intolerance to wheat and gluten. All my blood tests and biopsies came back negative for celiac but I had a stool test (which most consider outdated) which came back indicating that I had an intolerance to gluten. I was just reading about Portia DeRossi's anorexia and it says when she was down to 82 pounds she "was told she was suffering from a handful of serious conditions: osteoporosis, organ failure, cirrhosis of the liver and the auto-immune disease lupus." how would anorexia cause cirrhosis does anybody know? I'm just curious because I never heard of that before and was wondering how it was related.

I have had digestive problems ever since I was born. As a young child I was consitantly drinking pedia-sure and pedia-lyte for my health. As a result, I've always been sick, at least once or twice a month. My condition seems to be worsening over the past few weeks. I can not hold down solid food and I'm currently on a diet of Pedia-sure and small amounts of soup. I do not feel hungry and every time I have something like Pedia-sure I feel stuffed instantly.

s this year and I have been experiencing problems with my stomach despite going gluten free and dairy free and just sticking to whole foods and drinking more water. I was just wondering if it's possible it could be related to the Hashimoto's?

I have studied about floating stools thru’ magazine and websites, and these may due to gassy food or pancreases disease. I have noticed that my stool was mostly floated at all time, smell different from usual and loose (not solid if compares with those days). It may sink for some time but float for most of the time. These started since Jan 2013, and it caused my thinking back what the Chinese Medicine doctor told me before that probably due to pancreases problem.

I am currently medically stable but have been struggling for three years with hypothyroid symptoms( constant fatigue, brain fog,cold hands, slow motor skill, anxiety and depression worse, and a couple other symptoms) despite my bmi being normal, and proper nutrition. I am currently on thyroid meds but the only result is that my tsh is very low. Other wise I am still feeling the same and some symptoms are worse.

He says he is experiencing aches and pains all over, and he is blind in hsi left eye, and has had surgery to move the muscle so that his eye looks the right way, because it crossed inward before. I can only speak for myself. I had beautiful teeth when I was a teenager. Now from my twenties on....43, Infections!!!!I have had all my teeth root canaled, bonded, pulled, bridged, and now finally all pulled and I'm working on implants. t happen over night and doing it right will keep it off longer... With anorexia the second you start to eat your body holds in everything including the fat because it knows you will starve it again. Also when you stop eating your body will start to eat itself (including your muscles). You can do this hun... keep it up and persevere.
