Avatar f tn I had chest pain from vitamin B12 deficiency and magnesium deficiency personally. I can recommend sublingual B12 (I prefer the spray) and magnesium chelated with amino acid supplements at the very least just to see if you feel any better. I see you have depression as well. I had severe depression due to vitamin B12 malabsorption in particular but other conditions from magnesium deficiency to hypothyroidism also caused mental health issues as well.

If you want chronic fatigue, then look at vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, and magnesium deficiency for a start. Serotonin is our happiness chemical which is needed to turn into melatonin which is our sleep chemical.

Avatar n tn Try giving him Childrens MulitiVitamin and Omega 3-6-9 also B6 and Vitamin C I may take some time to notice any changes. Also the blood levels should be check to make sure the drugs has not done anything to his liver and to make sure that his other blood levels are normal. Many times ADHD and ADD is Misdiagnosed so everything should be checked. I have giving sites to look at on some other post in here.

Its difficult detoxing, I know, but sometimes it helps to get through the worst of it as fast as possible. There arent alot of things that will help with the pain. Hot tubs are an excellent help, if you have access to one, it will help with alot of the aches. Heating pads and hot baths will help as well.

Avatar m tn Drink lots of water and eat foods high in protein and vitamin C. Get some good exercise and nutrition and stay away from all chemicals and drugs and alcohol for awhile. If your anxiety persists, go see a doctor and tell them about what you've done. I really hope you are okay and don't take this gamble again. Keep posting.

Over the years, I took lots of drugs to battle withdrawal, aderrall or any speed gave me physical and mental energy. The alertness that amphetamines gives is not such a good thing, when one feels really sick. I found uppers gave me the energy to get out there and find what I really wanted. I liked the aderall, as long as I had enough opiates in me to keep me from being hyperaware of how sick I was feeling.
