First it started with alcohol, then it moved onto stealing my dad's painkillers, then weed, acid, molly, and most recently snorting perc D-Amphetamine. I wasn't one to take my habits seriously (although I did not do these drugs often besides weed which was nearly every day over the summer) until I went through an opiate OD during the summer which has still been kept secret from my family (along with most all of the drugs I've listed).

I guess I have a couple questions: Is ephedrine considered an amphetamine? Would a doctor say such? What are some of the long-term effects that could come from long term usage? Over the last 4-5 years(used ephedrine for over a year, previously), I've had some serious side-effects, totally life altering side-effects.

I began very heavy and daily use of amphetamines about 7 or 8 months ago. when use, i will crush up the amphetamine salts, as well as Adderall XR (which is a much more powerful pharmaseutical). Recently I have been diagnosed with a serious kidney infection. My only problem is that the antibiotics are not working in the manner that they are supposed to. I have been sick for a week and a half, and still have symptoms.

My pulse is exceptionally weak and my blood pressure is 156/90 after taking one (1) 500mg Naproxen and an amphetamine. I went and got my blood pressure checked, as well as my resting heart rate. The nurse never actually tried to feel my pulse, though. So I came home and I am very worried about how weak my pulse is.
