So really sounds like it depends on when the hair test is taken.
Does strattera give any false positive reading for a urine or hair follicle test? Would it come up as a amphetamine or methamphetamine, or any other illegal substance?
I have failed sensitive tests such as the hair follicle test and the nail drug test for only methamphetamines- no amphetamines are detected, or they are detected below the cutoff. I know amphetamine is the metabolite of methamphetamine, when you ingest meth, you have both methamphetamine and amphetamine in your urine, hair, or nails. I am about to lose my children over this and I swear I am not a user of methamphetamine.
And why would they be drug testing the baby as that is NOT routine.
If your friend was prescribed the meds legally there won't be an issue. If not, well.....not sure what will happen here.

I would never take any type of amphetamine with an arrhythmia; all kinds of things could happen. I think that's what started my major problems with my NSVT runs that made my heart stop.
PM called and said there is NO WAY it could be anything else because there test cost $2,500 and are a forensic drug test.. It's not okay to take someone else medications but well, Vyvanse is a stimulant in the category of amphetamines. Not suggested for anxiety but can be helpful for depression.
Wellbutrin could be a bit more suitable for you with less side-effects if dopamine and norepinephrine is a problem in your depression/anxiety. Depression often leads to anxiety so yeah maybe when you took Vyvanse you had euphoric effects similar to those with amphetamine ''speed''.
My pulse is exceptionally weak and my blood pressure is 156/90 after taking one (1) 500mg Naproxen and an amphetamine. I went and got my blood pressure checked, as well as my resting heart rate. The nurse never actually tried to feel my pulse, though. So I came home and I am very worried about how weak my pulse is. it might sound off but i too had that problem and i was diagnosed with adhd and put on an amphetamine medication (there are a few non amphetamine ones though) and i could actually sit threw a movie....i used to lay down and think of everything i could be getting done instead of trying to sleep, same thing with just sitting still....it sounds crazy because ampheatamines should have the opposit effect but i have a paradoxil reaction because of my adhd.

Well, I think you are right to peel off one medication at a time, if you are on multiple medications and you need to withdraw from some or all of them. Also, another general principal is to reduce the dose gradually, when withdrawing from psychotropics. I wouldn't go cold turkey off of anything. So if you're going to withdraw, do it one drug at a time, and do each drug gradually. The drug that you're not even sure you need would be the logical one to start with.
