Your only on day 4. Your going to be
weak, this is normal. Dont push it....with feeling
weak im sure exercise is the furthest thing from your mind ( it was mine!!!) But at least go sit outside in the sun for a little while. Maybe walk the block. Do the best you can. And above was right, eating correctly plays a big part in this. I had no appetite so i ate high protein bars and lots of eggs. Fresh fruit and veges, even if u have to force them down your throat, do it!!!
