219241 tn?1413537765 s FDA) say that it should be refrigerated too. Australia is the only country to decide that refrigeration is the best way to store under 25 C. (77 F) There are many arguments about whether this correct. It is a hormone, a very sensitive one so it makes sense to me. I know that we are about to get 'blister packs' which will be much better for dispersing and avoiding condensation problems from in and out of fridge, and contamination from handling.
Avatar m tn I live in Australia and i'm currently taking Eutroxsig. The pharmacist always gives me this prescription in a silver bag (used for products that must be refrigerated) and i have to go straight home to place it in the fridge. Avatar f tn It is safe just use a ammonia free color. May want to wait after the first trimester due to hormones being out of whack (usually in the second trimester it levels out) also just be warned because of hormone change color may not take, may show as a slight different color then attended, may not last as long, and also may cause your scalp to itch more (due to being more sensitive)! Also do it in a well ventilated area the smell may make your stomach turn!

Avatar f tn m a hairdresser, so dye jobs are an every day thing for me, and my doctor said I was completely safe doing my job, so if I can do it almost daily, it should be fine for just about anybody. To be extra careful, try to get the hair dye that's ammonia free.
Avatar n tn Hi there, Tammy is right. But, specifically the guidance says "Room temperature storage up to 30 days, if refrigeration is unavailable" Note: if refrigeration is unavailable Personally, I feel this does not include varying room temperatures and I would not advise anyone to leave it out in hi (hot) temperatures. But, that's my personal opinion. Would only feel comfortable to do something like that if I knew the temperatures at which the forumula/medicine would change.

Avatar m tn I started bathing in a mixture of Dr. Bronners peppermint soap, borax and ammonia (I bought ammonia at dollar store also). In order to save money, just buy one bottle of ammonia from dollar store, pour into a plastic or rubber container (big enough to soak you feet) that I also bought from the dollar store. You should find that your itching and crawling sensation calms down immediately. Don't waste a lot of money on stuff people say has helped them.
Avatar n tn I truly admire and thank you, On to my story, 4 weeks ago, I like most others on here made the mistake of going to a brothel in Australia and to cut a long story short. I had PROTECTED intercourse for all of about 50 seconds and there was no ejaculation. However when I pulled out I was like shivers the condom was off and pertruding from her. the condom was well and truly half way out.
Avatar f tn Most countries, especially those in the Middle East, do discriminate against people with HBV in jobs, but situation is improving. In other countries, such as USA and Australia, people with HBV, their rights to jobs are protected by law. So check with the law of the country and the policy of your hiring company. All the best.
Avatar f tn Decompensated cirrhosis is where the liver is damaged enough that it can no longer do its jobs effectively. On of the livers jobs is to remove ammonia. So like I said as far as I know having high levels of ammonia causing is by definition a symptom of decompensated cirrhosis. However, the liver can improve with time by eliminating the cause of damage. So you could maybe have slipped into decompensated cirrhosis then stopped drinking and returned to being compensated when the HE improved.
Avatar n tn There is a slight advantage to Pegasys (alfa-2a) The Pegasys needs refrigeration.
1237757 tn?1323143119 t have a labour problem in Australia and the simple attempts government had trying to create jobs was installing insulation in people houses and it was unsupervised and rushed and we now have a problem with house fires and people getting killed. So it needs to be controlled when used. but the chance of that happing here in Australia is basically zero at the moment. Other parts of the world is the exact opposite, Spain for example is sitting on 20 percent unemployment.
Avatar f tn I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I work in a paint department. I mix colors and clean up paint pretty much. Since I've worked there we have always used glass cleaner to clean the paint off the desk and our hands. I didnt know this until today but the cleaner we use has ammonia in it. I've been using it every day for a few months to get the paint off of my hands. Could it have hurt my baby?
Avatar n tn We discovered that my husband had an episode of Encephalopathy, which is high ammonia in the blood. But by the time we had his blood checked his levels were right smack in the middle of the range. Doctor said he was fine. So my question is can this ammonia gone untreated continue to rise and lower on its own. Because he has days that he seems fine and then days when he is not with me completely. He does not eat much as his taste buds are totally out of wack. Most foods taste very salty.
Avatar f tn I recently found out I had high ammonia, it was 66, I am taking lactalose and it is is now normal. All my blood work is within normal ranges on my liver function test and I also had a sonogram, have a mild fatty liver. Was wondering what could have caused this. I do drink a few beers a night.
